Our Story

A few words about us

Sandra and Marcel met in Austria in 2011.

Marcel is our Executive Chef. He started his culinary journey in Germany catering for concert tours before moving on to work in hotels, restaurants and in ski resorts in Austria.

Sandra is our Operation Manager. She has 20 years experience in the industry and has worked on cruise ships , ski resort and international hotel chain.  Originally from Germany, she moved to Ireland in 2006 and worked as a restaurant manager in Howth’s award-winning Aqua restaurant for 10 years.

We set up our company in 2013 and have catered for a wide range of occasions from family celebrations to corporate events, gala dinners and weddings, as well as events in Howth Golf Club and Malahide Yacht Club.

We have catered in the German residence and for many corporate clients.  

We are delighted to be the in-house caterer for  Howth Yacht Club.

We strive to give the best service to all our clients, and we are proud of our reputation for quality and professionalism.
